Start your day with meditation and the support and connection of sangha (community).
Morning meditation is offered every day via Zoom from 6:30am to 7:15am ET. As a silent, peer-led practice period, morning meditation provides a consistent time and structure to begin or sustain a personal, daily meditation practice. We welcome you to join us every morning or occasionally.
You may choose to meditate for 30 or 45 minutes. For those meditating for 30 minutes, the wood clappers will sound at 7:00am. You are welcome to log off at this time. For those meditating for 45 minutes, a Dedication of Merit will be recited by the practice leader with three rings of the bell at 7:15am. This will close the meditation session for the day.
Morning meditation is open to everyone and is most suitable to those with some experience (meditation instruction will not be offered).
